If your staff or group of volunteers is in need of a spiritual lift, this is a great way to connect, communicate, empower and build community.
For: Staff/ Volunteer/ Catechist/ School/ etc.

Spiritually Fit Parents: This workshop offers an opportunity for parents to connect with one another, while spending time on their own spiritual journey. The interactive dialogue includes: ways to positively communicate with our children; nurturing individual spirituality; and how to connect with other parents. If you think you can’t improve your relationship with your child, you won’t want to miss this!

Spiritual Fitness:

Too often in our fast paced ‘busy’ world, we have a tendency to neglect our own spiritual health, especially when we are constantly nurturing others.  The reality is that if we don’t first put on the metaphoric oxygen mask– we will be less effective in helping others. Spiritual Fitness is about the synergistic relationship of the mind, body, soul and spirit. It is about our continuous spiritual journey which is always seeking heart health, spiritual nourishment and soul enrichment.   This workshop will inspire, encourage and motivate you with a renewed energy and vigor as we strive for total heart health- body and spirit.

Relational Ministry: God never meant us to be alone, thus he created more than one of us. We are called to be in relationships daily whether it be with family members, friends, co-workers, fellow ministers, or a spouse. Relational Ministry focuses on the tools we need to have successful, life giving relationships. In the workshop we will also talk about healing, and turning life’s obstacles into opportunities to grow.

Wash Each Other’s Feet: Our relational call to help others includes ourselves. Love your neighbor as yourself. We cannot help one by neglecting the other. IT is a synergistic relationship. Come share ideas how we can nurture our own spiritual journey better equipping us to help others.

Special Angel: The Amosson’s have been blessed with a special needs child. Jac is a miracle, a blessing and gift from God in every way. Sewn From God’s own hand, Jac turns the world upside down by living in the ways of God. This workshop touches on the need for disability awareness, compassion, and respite. We are one body in Christ; community action is a necessity...

We are the Hands of God: As God’s beloved we are consistently invited to nurture our spiritual life. This workshop is an opportunity to do just that. Come celebrate God’s call as together we grow in our relational journey in mind, body, spirit, family, faith, and community. It is an opportunity to fill up that which is too easily neglected- YOU-as His hands!

Spiritual Schizophrenia: We live in an imperfect world, as imperfect persons. Relationships can be challenging to say the least. We beat up ourselves relentlessly. This workshop explores how even in our messy spiritual journey ~ we are growing. The challenges present opportunites for growth and the darkness allows for the gift of reneewdd enlightenment.

Shepherding the Heart:The vocation of relational ministry is often understated by the immediacy of today’s busy world.   The reality is that all relationships are sacred and in need of constant nurturing.  Finding the time, energy and will to emulate the Good Shepherd can be challenging in the midst of the hurriedness of life and our over-packed schedules.  This workshop explores ways we can walk together in ordinary holiness by nurturing the spirit both in ourselves and one another.    Practical exercises include how to talk with people, not at them; how to avoid pointing the instructional finger, and learn how to better hold the spiritual hand.  The presentation addresses how we can better nurture the soul with our time, ears and heart.   This is helpful for parents, catechist, teachers, advocates, mentors, facilitators, coaches, bosses, or anyone who is at any time in direct contact with another person.

Gifts from God: Tammy is an upbeat and inspiring presenter. She will share her experiences as the mother of Jac Amosson and her three other children. Jac has irretractable myoclonic seizures daily and to date interventions have not been successful at eliminating Jac’s seizures. Despite Jac’s difficulties, as with all children, he is a blessing and gift from God. Tammy will discuss her passionate journey of hope, love and appreciating God’s gifts. A ministry for families of children with disabilities

Time Out! Kids need em’, sports teams need em’: So do we! TIME out for ministers who need to nurture their own faith journey in order to be better ministers for others!

Healing our Spirit: Sometimes Church can not seem very spiritual. How do we continue to renew our own spirituality amidst the hurts and humanness of our Church, especially those who minister in the institutional Church...
